📦 Shipping
- Mainland Portugal: Deliveries in 1 to 5 working days, unless there are stock shortages or problems beyond the company's control.
- Carriers: We work with trusted logistics partners (DPD).
- Shipping costs: Calculated automatically at checkout, and there may be free shipping campaigns.
🔁 Exchanges and returns
You have the right to return or exchange any item within 14 days upon receipt, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014 (Right of Free Resolution).
To exercise the right of return:
- Send email to: geral@home-danpi.com with the order number and reason for return.
- The product must be returned no signs of use, in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
📉 Refunds
Once the item has been received and checked, the refund will be processed within a period of 7 working days. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
❗Exclusions
We do not accept returns of personalized or used products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
